Mrs. Alice R. (Arpino) Palino, age 96, died January 5, 2014, in Woburn at the Woburn Nursing Center, after a lengthy illness. Born in Boston, Alice was the beloved daughter of the late Rosa (Bianchi) & Antonio Arpino.
Alice was a Woburn resident for the last 65 years. She was a homemaker and often volunteered at Winchester Hospital. She frequented the Burlington Senior Center and was a member of the Mass Rifle Association. Most of all, Alice enjoyed time with her loving family, especially her grandchildren.
Alice was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Palino. Devoted mother of Anthony and his wife Susan of Tewksbury, Joseph Jr., his late wife Lee, Dennis, and his wife Linda all of Woburn. Loving grandmother of Michael of Woburn, Joseph III of Billerica, Melissa Crowley of Tewksbury, Anthony Jr. of Pembroke, Stephen of Lawrence, and Kevin of Tewksbury. Loving Great Grandmother of Kyle, Evan, Alexa, Ashley, Vinnie, Anthony III & Isabella. Great Great Grandmother of Madison & Jack. Sister of the late Angie Gianotti and dear Aunt of Alice Gianotti of Somerville.
Funeral from McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., WOBURN Thursday January 9th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn
