Katherine C. McCullough 47 of Gloucester, died, Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester following a long illness.
Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of James R. McCullough and stepdaughter of Cynthia (Bettinger) McCullough and daughter of Virginia (Nimblett) McCullough Castonguay. Kathy has been a resident of Gloucester for the past 12 year.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.
In addition to her mother who resides in Peabody and father and stepmother who reside in Nahant, she is survived by three sisters, Cynthia M. McCullough of Peabody, Corey A. McCullough of Salem, Pamela S. Ramalho and her husband Robert of Manchester, NH, four brothers, James R. McCullough, Jr. of Rhode Island, Daniel A. McCullough and his wife Karen of Manchester, NH, Kevin McCullough and his wife Sherri of Danvers, Mark J. Castonguay of Salem and three stepsisters, Sheila, Sheryl and Kelly as well as many nieces & nephews including her God-child, Michelle, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her stepfather Roger J. Castonguay and brother Brandon Castonguay.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visiting hours on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 11:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Rt. 114 / 1-A] Salem to be followed by her funeral service in the funeral home at 2:00 P.M.
