Bernard R. Michaud, 54 a resident of Salem, NH died at his home on Saturday, January 4, 2014.
He was born in Ft. Kent, Maine to the late: Renaud C. & Murielle (Pelletier) Michaud. Educated in local St. Agatha Schools, he was a graduate of Wisdom High School in St. Agatha, Maine. He proudly served in the United States Navy having served on the USS Kiska in Concord, California. He worked as a Carpenter for the Carpenters Local Union 26 in Wilmington, MA, he was employed at various companies throughout the Greater Boston Area until his retirement. He loved to fish and he was an avid sports fan his favorites were football and hockey.
He is survived by his sister Theresa and her husband Richard Corriveau of New Hampshire, and brother: Jean Paul Michaud of Madawaska, ME, and sister: Lorraine Thibodeau of Maine and brother: James D. and his wife Lillian Michaud of Methuen, MA. As well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister; Rita Campbell, and two brothers; Richard & Philip Michaud.
A funeral service will take place on Thursday, January 9,2014 at 11:00AM at the funeral home. A burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
