Pamela McCorkle
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest after her year long battle with Leukemia on Saturday, December 28, 2013, Mrs. Pamela A. McCorkle, 71, loving wife of William P. McCorkle.
Mrs. McCorkle was a native of Mishawaka, Indiana but has lived in Augusta for 39 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a zest for life and was adored by her family. She never met a stranger – everyone was her friend.
Family members in addition to her husband include daughters: Wendy E. McCorkle-Koloc and husband Tom, Leigh Ann McCorkle and fiancé Blake; mother and father: Pauline H. and the late Gino Savadori; sister: Jane S. Spice and husband Stan; and grandsons: Will and Henry Koloc.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Ingram celebrant.
