Worcester - Lillian M. (Garceau) Gosselin, 90, formerly of Fremont Street died Saturday March 16 in the Life Care Center of Auburn after an illness.
Her husband Ephrem T. Gosselin died in 1975. She leaves 5 daughters Lorraine LaPierre of Oxford, Marguerite Kewley and Anita Litchfield of Worcester, Cecile Haire of Shrewsbury, Eleanor Kondracki of Southbridge; 26 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Gosselin was predeceased by 3 sons George Gosselin, Richard Gosselin, and Robert Gosselin and 7 siblings. Mrs. Gosselin was born in Fitchburg daughter of William and Dora (Langelier) Garceau.
She was a former member of Holy Name of Jesus Church in Worcester.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday March 20 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.ROYFUNERAL.com) 12 Hammond St. Worcester with a mass at 10 AM in Our Lady of Rosary Church 23 Fales St. Worcester. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday March 19 from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Life Care Center of Auburn: Resident Activity Fund, 14 Masonic Circle, Auburn, MA 01501.
