John R. Mack, 57, of Douglas Hook Road, Chepachet, died Friday, December 20, 2013 at Yale New Haven Hospital. He was the husband of Sandra (Raduazo) Mack.
Born in Manchester, CT, he was a son of the late Robert C. and Charlotte (Wallace) Mack. He was active in the Glocester Little League and Boy Scout Troop 44.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Lindsay and John R. Mack and his grandson, Nathan J. Mack, all of Chepachet, his siblings: Robert Mack of California, Laura Penda and Susan Bruzik, both of Connecticut.
Visitation Monday, December 30, 2013 4-7pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Funeral Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Glocester Little League, Glocester Food Pantry or Boy Scout Troop 44.
