Sylvia Faye (Lomatsch) Shaw, 97, died December 14, 2013 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born, March 8, 1916 in Ripley County, Indiana to Forrest E. and Alma Ruth (Heideman) Lomatsch.
She was a salesperson for Hoyt Wright 25 years.
She was a member of Widow Elks.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosada (Donald) Gonzales of San Diego, CA; five grandchildren Jennifer (James) Miller; David (Iris) Canterbury; Georgia (David) Earl; Gregory Gonzales and Greta (Paul) Hulley; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Shaw; her daughter, Ruth Ann Renner.
Service will be 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 18 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Dr. Art Jaggard of First Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service,
with burial in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. John's Hospice.
