Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 10, 2013. Preceded in death by parents Bud & Helene Howell; brother-in-law John Howard Geiwitz. Survived by children John (Patty), Mary Jo (Mark) Heieren, Jim (Randi), Chuck, Julie (Mike) Kehn; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters Freida Geiwitz & Kathleen (Vernon) Fitzsimonds. JoAnne was a proud teacher & mom. Memorial gathering Saturday (12/14) from 2-4 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul.
