Eva Mae (Mann) Dixon, 81, passed away peacefully in her home, Tuesday, December 3, 2013. She retired, after 36 years, as a machine operator at Philip Morris, a member of the Louisville Gold Wing Club and an avid bowler. She is preceded in death by her son, Bob Rose; daughter, Donna Sue Cambron and brother, Leroy Mann. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Jerry Mac Dixon; son, Billy Cockrel (Denise); daughter–in-law, Donna Rose; sister-in-law, Joyce Mann. She is blessed with many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. Her funeral will be 11:00 am at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West; Visitation will be 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, at the funeral home.
