Viola F. (Miguel) Cabral, 95, of Westport, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013 at Sarah Brayton Nursing Care Center in Fall River. She was the wife of the late Joseph M. Cabral, Jr.
Born in Dartmouth, daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Rocha) Miguel, she had resided in Westport since 1934. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Cabral worked for the Westport School System in the cafeteria for 20 years. She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church, Westport and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her 2 daughters: Vivian A. Trecida of Westport and FL and Marguerite F. Perry of Westport; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Mary F. Williams and Joseph Miguel.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, November 30, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Church, Westport, at 10:00 A.M.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
