MORAN, John J., Jr.- Of Malden, November 21st. Devoted husband of Eileen (Doran). Beloved father of John P. Moran and Stephen J. Moran both of Malden. Brother of Edward A. Moran of PA and the late Maryanne Moran and Barbara Smith. Lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Monday, November 25th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Jospeh's Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Carroll Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-6 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden. Born in Somerville and a resident of Malden for over 50 years, John passed away at home Thursday morning after a brief illness. A Coast Guard Veteran during the Korean Conflict, when he returned home he began in 1961 working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Employement Security in the Malden, Boston and Lynn offices and reitered after 35 yaers as manager of the Woburn office.
