LEICESTER: Jeanette E. (Martineau) Sarty 89 of Wesley Dr., died Monday, Nov. 18 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after a brief illness.
She leaves her husband of 67 years, Max A. Sarty, her son Craig A. Sarty and his wife Debbie of Colorado Springs, Col., three grandchildren; Jessica Valentin, Alyssa and Steven Sarty, three great grandchildren; Elisia, Marcus and Joshua. She is predeceased by her son William B. Sarty in 1989.
Jeanette was a longtime self employed accountant and also worked for W.N. Sprague in Leicester for many years.
She was born in Woonsocket, RI the daughter of Roland and Edna (Drolet) Martineau. She was a graduate of Becker College in Worcester and a longtime member of St. Pius X Parish.
Private graveside services in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Whitinsville will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Please omit flowers.
