Margaret T. (Manning) Baron, 94, of New Bedford died November 21, 2013 at Hathaway Manor Extended Care Facility.
She was the wife of the late Stanley W. Baron.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Timothy and Annie (Barry) Manning, she lived in New Bedford, Franklin and Acushnet.
She was a communicant of Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
Survivors include a son, Stanley Baron, Jr. and his wife Anita of Dartmouth; a son-in-law, Dr. William Petrone of Wilbraham, MA; a sister, Helen Koska of New Bedford; 3 grandchildren, William Petrone, Katherine Deutchman and her husband Eric and Jason Petrone; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Richard Baron and Kathleen Petrone and the sister of the late Mary Wilson, Katherine Wilson and Anna Moreau.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford Tuesday, November 26th at 10 AM. Funeral Mass at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at 11 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday, November 25th from 4-7 PM.
