Rose Mattingly died peacefully at her home in Medford on Tuesday, November 19. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Vita (Marino) Palazzolo.
Rose was the devoted mother of Patricia J. Mattingly, Edward G. Mattingly, both of Massachusetts, and Ronald D. Mattingly of Montana. She was the loving sister of Josephine Bradanese of Medford, and the late Matteo, Edward, Salvatore, Charles Palazzolo, Grace Aiello, and Anna Tagalire. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. A memorial service is planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions in Rose's name may be sent to Hospice Of The North Shore, 75 Sylvan Street, Suite B 102, Danvers, MA 01923.
