Enrico M. “Henry” Conte age 79 of East Hampstead, NH, died Sunday at the Oxford Manor Nursing Home, Haverhill, MA.
Henry was born in Lawrence, MA, where he grew up and was educated and graduated From Central Catholic High School. He later attended Merrimack College and graduated from Wentworth Institute in Boston, MA. He was a resident of East Hampstead for the past 14 years, formerly of Salem, NH.
Henry was a construction engineer for Davison Construction in Manchester, NH. He was a member of St. Anne’s Parish in Hampstead, NH. He was a US Army veteran. Henry was involved with Boy Scout Troop 159 in Salem, NH. He was a hard worker and enjoyed traveling, vacationing in Maine, and spending winters in Florida. Henry’s family would like to thank the staff at the Oxford Nursing Home for their love and care they showed him in his time there.

Grandchildren: Nicholas, Alyssa, Elizabeth, Amy, William II, Eric, and Jonathan
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 20th at 10:30 AM at St. Anne’s Parish, Hampstead, NH. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Hampstead.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, Nov. 19th from 4-8 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH.
