John William Souza, age 50 of Fall River, passed away peacefully Nov. 16, 2013 after a brief illness. He was the son of Liberia (Estrella) Souza and the late Manuel Cabral Souza. John had worked for Tilliston Rubber Co, the Fall River Herald News, and the Stop & Shop Distribution Center. He was a parishioner of St. Michael Church.
In addition to his mother, he leaves 2 nieces and cousins. He was also the brother of the late Lucy Ann Botelho.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME INC. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on WEDNESDAY at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours on TUESDAY 5-8 P.M. www.rogersfuneral.com.
