Ruth F. (Fisher) Smitha, 92, of Anderson died November 14, 2013 at Community Northview Nursing Home.
Born March 14, 1921 in Marion, Indiana to Charles and Stella (Charles) Fisher, she was mostly a homemaker, teacher, and worked at St. John's Hospital.
She collected antiques, Flo Blue and toothpick holders; loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her son, Chuck Smitha of Anderson (Clarissa Bevans of Zionsville) and daughter-in-law, Peg Smitha of Clovis, CA.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband James Smitha in 2002 and son, Steven Smitha.
Graveside service 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Bear Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 - 7 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
