Mrs. Sylvia E. (Hussey)Stugard, 73, of North Andover, died Wednesday peacefully, in her home surrounded by her daughters. The daughter of the late Kenneth and Jeanne (Poisson) Hussey, Mrs. Stugard was born in Farmington, NH she lived in Greenville, NH before moving to North Andover, MA. She was educated in Pittsfield, NH and Northern Essex Community College. She is a former employee of Forever Clean Co. Mrs. Stugard enjoyed spending time with her family and was a loyal Red Sox fan. Mother of the late Gerry McCarthy Jr., and sister of the late Richard, Robert, Donald, and Albert Hussey. She is survived by: 4 daughters; Laura and her husband Mike Lachapelle of N. Andover, Jill and her husband Wayne Gariepy of Fitchburg, Amy and her husband Brian Dufault of Lunenburg, and Tina Green of Westfalls, NY. One sister Laura Cronin of Clariden Hills, IL. There are seven grandchildren; Crystal Stugard, Isabella Paduani, Cherie Boucher, Emily Boucher, Amanda Green, Taylor Green, and Desiree Gillis, there are several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Mrs. Stugard’s name to Holy Family Hospital Oncology Department, 70 East Street, Methuen, MA 01844.
