James A. “Jay” Belmosto, age 51, of Brockton, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Born in Boston, he was raised and educated in Brockton, son of Cataldo “Jerry” Belmosto of Taunton and the late Lillian (Burchard) Belmosto. Jay was a “Jack of All Trades” and had been employed by various companies in the area. Jay loved his family and was an avid glass blower.
In addition to his father he is survived by his children James R. Belmosto and Samantha Palmer both of NH, Jessica Marquis of Canada, Lillie and Anthony Belmosto both of Puerto Rico; four grandchildren Nautica and Jacey Belmosto and Logan and Matthew Palmer, and a brother Gerry Belmosto of Raynham.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday, November 9, from 1-2pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 2pm. Please consider donations in Jay’s name to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
