MERRIMAC: Jessie M. Shackleton, 28, died Saturday, November 2, 2013 at her home following an extended illness.
Born in Dorchester on May 11, 1985, she had resided in Groveland for many years before moving to Merrimac in 1997. Jessie attended Whittier Regional Vocational Technical School and worked as a photographer and manager of Kiddie Kandids at Babies “R” Us in Danvers. She loved photography, music and especially enjoyed spending time with her fiancé, Adam and his children.
She is survived by her mother, Ellen L. (Giggey) Stuckey and her husband, Chuck of Merrimac; her father, Joseph G. Shackleton and his wife, Cheryl of Beverly; two sisters, Cassie and Nikki Shackleton; maternal grandmother, Viola Kellegrew; her fiancé, Adam Davis and his children, Shyla, Jeremiah, Kaydence and Bella; stepsiblings, Nathan, Jessica and Kristen Stuckey, Justin Bemis and Erin Bonsall and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday in the Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill at 7 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 4 – 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
