BILLY WAYNE MILBURN, 61, passed away on November 1, 2013.
He was a retired Chief Master Sgt. for the Ky. Air National Guard, former Athletic Program Director for Incarnation Catholic Church, a Ky Colonel, and an Air Force veteran.
Billy is preceded in death by his father, James Milburn, father-in-law, Charlie Lafferty, and his cousin, Larry Wayne Isaacs.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Kathy (Lafferty) Milburn; children, Christy Calvert (Mike) and Brian Milburn (Melanie); grandchildren, Christopher Calvert and Maverick Milburn; his mother, Mary Frances Milburn; brothers, Alan Milburn and Rodney Milburn (Vicky); sister, Kim Connell (Dennis); mother-in-law, Joyce Lafferty; brothers-in-law, Kevin (Robin), Timmy (Judy) and Tony Lafferty; sister-in-law, Patty Lafferty; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday.
