Stice, James Owen, 92, of Louisville passed away Sunday Octotober 27, 2013 at Elmcrost Senior Living.
James was a native of Edmonson County, KY a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, & a member of River Port Community Church, American Legion Post #200. He had retired from Reynolds Metal Co. as a machinist.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Paula & Wife, Ruthie.
Survivors include his two daughters, Beverly Lewis (Roger) & Pamela McQuillen; two brothers, Paul Stice & Virgil Stice; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren & four great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 pm both Tuesday & Wednesday.
