Susan “Sue” Lynn Myjak, 55, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Baptist Health.
She was the former Susan Sindewald, a native of Dalton, Il. She was a Lab Director at All-Star Pediatrics . She enjoyed boating, and reading. She volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and the Seneca High School Marching Band.
She was preceded by her parents, William A. Sindewald and Eleanor Fleck Sindewald and her brother, William K. Sindewald.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James “Jim” Myjak; children Laurie Thompson (Noah), Sandy Sipes (Eric) and Petty Officer James W. Myjak, USCG (Jessica); granddaughter Gabriella “Gabby” Sipes; brother David Sindewald (Jennifer). She is also survived by her Mother-In-Law Mary Ellen Myjak and other close family and friends.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the physicians, nurses and aides at Baptist Health for the outstanding care given to Sue.
Visitation Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 10 am to 2 pm at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. There will be a private memorial service. Cremation was chosen.
In lieu of flowers the family asked for expressions of sympathy to be made to the American Cancer Society or Adam’s Pantry c/o Highview Baptist Church, 7711 Fegenbush Lane, Louisville, KY 40228.
