NAPLES, FL – Thomas T. Perrett of Naples, FL passed away Sunday October 6, 2013 at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Haverhill, MA.
Born in Malden, MA, he was the son of Thomas H. and Anita B. (Geney) Perrett and was a graduate of Saugus High School. During World War II he served in the U.S. Army receiving American Theater service Medal, the Army Occupation Medal (Germany), the European-African Middle Eastern Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the Bronze Star and the French Medal of Honor and was honorably discharged from service.
For more than 40 years Tom was employed with General Electric in Lynn, MA. He was a lifetime member of the 12th Armored Division Association, a master Mason at the Philanthropic Lodge AF&AM, the American Legion in Naples, FL, the RSVP through Naples Hospital and was also a member of the Mayflower Congregational United Church of Christ in Naples, FL. For many years Tom and his late wife Shirley was an election official for Collier County Florida.
The widower of Shirley E. (Miner) Perrett, Thomas is survived by his daughters, Diane E. Pellegrino Remington of Methuen, MA, Shirley L. Finn and her husband John of Malden, MA, Debra A. Lane and her husband Edward of Mason, NH and Joyce E. DiDonato of Pepperell, MA,
Grandchildren, Jason J. and Tanya E. Pellegrino of Danielson, CT, John J. Finn III and his wife Katie of Saugus, MA, Thomas B. Finn of Medford, MA, Michelle Moruzzi and her husband John of Arlington, MA, Jennifer E. Finn of Malden, MA, Edward T. Lane and his wife Amber of Hillsboro, NH, Scott M. Lane of Mason, NH, Sgt. Matthew J. Lane of Hawaii, Nicole E. DiDonato of Pepperell, MA, Danielle J. DiDonato and her fiancé Nick Asselin also of Pepperell. Great-grandchildren, Logan T. and Landon G. Lane of Hillsboro, NH, John T. Moruzzi of Arlington, MA and Autumn N. Grande of Pepperell, MA.

Thomas was pre-deceased by his sister Anita N. Castle and her husband Ernest and his sister-in-law Barbara Call and her husband John.
