Walter G. Scott Jr. 74, of Knollwood Dr., died Tuesday at RI Hospital. He was the husband of Helena (Dulude) Scott. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Walter G. and Ann Margaret (Griffen) Scott Sr. Walter was a program analyst for Tupperware Corporation for over twenty years and twelve years for Polar Corporation before retiring in 2001. He was a member of the Italian Working Men’s Club. Walter enjoyed golfing and trips to Fox Woods. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be sadly missed.
Besides his wife he leaves a son, Glenn W. Scott of Bristol, a daughter, Carla Martin and her husband Paul of Woonsocket, three brothers, Gerald and Alfred Scott both of Woonsocket, and Richard Scott of Pascoag, and a granddaughter Heather Martin.
His funeral with visitation will be held Saturday, at 8:30 AM, from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Anthony’s Church, Green St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone
