Matthew Joseph Buscemi, of Plymouth formerly of Weymouth, died suddenly on October 8th at Jordan Hospital at the age of 20. He is survived by his beloved parents Wayne and Kimberly (Cordle) Buscemi of Plymouth, his sister Amanda Levasseur of Plymouth and his cherished nephew Shamus O’Brien. He also leaves his great grandmother Louise “Nona” Doherty and his grandparents Rosanna Doherty, Wayne Buscemi, William Cordle and the late Donna Cordle and Melissa Cordle.
Matthew was born in Quincy and graduated from Plymouth North High School in 2011. He worked with his father as a mechanic at Bennett Tire in Duxbury and enjoyed riding dirt bikes.
Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rt 3A), N. Plymouth on Friday October 11th from 4 to 8 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday October 12th at St. Peter’s Church in Plymouth at 10 AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Buscemi Family.
