Frances M. (D’Amore) Milan, a life-long Medford resident died peacefully at the Courtyard Nursing Care Center on Sunday September 29th.
Frances was born and raised in Medford, the daughter of the late Carmelo and Stefana (Martorana) D'Amore. A traffic supervisor for the City of Medford, she is fondly remembered by generations of students at St Clement’s School and the Columbus School. An active member of St Clement Parish, she was a member of the Catholic Daughters, Court Saint Clementine.
The loving sister of the late Mary D’Amore and Josephine Fopiano, she leaves her nephews Richard Fopiano and Robert Fopiano and great nieces and nephews: Stephanie, Lisa, Richard, his wife Helena and daughter Isabella, Charles and Joseph.
The family wishes to thank Frances’ care givers: Eileen, Charles and Beatrice.
Private committal services have been held at the family mausoleum at Oak Grove Cemetery.
