Betty Pont, 66, of Mystic died Monday, September 30, 2013 at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London.
She was born July 14, 1947 in Westerly RI, the daughter of Manual Jose and Lillian (Dotolo) Pont.
She is survived by her son, Robert Rodriquez of Texas, and her beloved sister, Patricia Bard, of Mystic, with whom she made her home.
Funeral Services will be private for the family.
