Charles H. Moone, born June 3, 1930, passed away September 25, 2013 surrounded by his family and friends. His beloved wife, Bethann Moone, predeceased him in 2006.
Charles proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Vietnam War. He also dedicated 35 years to General Dynamics as a painter boss.
He is survived by his daughters, Pam Moone of Norwich, Bethany Moone of Groton, his son John Moone of Montville and 12 beautiful grandkids.
Charles Moone was a wonderful man who impacted many lives. He will be forever missed and loved.
His family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, October 3, from 6 to 8pm at the Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Mystic. Burial in Quakertown Cemetery will be private for the family.
