Patricia A. (King) Milani, 57, of Worcester died Saturday, September 21st at home surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. She leaves her husband of 27 years, Anthony Milani, Jr.; a son, Anthony Milani, III and his wife, Alcione of Brockton; a sister, Frances A. King and her husband, Joe Lombardi of Burlington; a brother, Thomas H. King and his wife, Francisca of San Francisco, CA; a brother in law, Richard Milani and his wife, Karen; three step daughters, Maria M. Milani, Donna Milani and Toni Milani all of Worcester; two nieces and two nephews.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Henry Thomas and Mary (Ruggiero) King. Patricia worked at Worcester Community Action Council for 12 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel–St. Ann Church. Mrs. Milani enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo and spending time with her husband and son. She filled everyone’s hearts with love, joy and happiness.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Worcester Community Action Council for their compassion and care during Patricia’s illness.
Calling hours will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 26th in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a service at 6:30 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
