Funeral Services for Mr. James C. Byrum, 75, of Vienna, Georgia will be held Saturday, September 11, 2004, at 3:00 PM at the Tippetville Baptist Church in Dooly County, Georgia with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Byrum passed away Thursday in a Macon Hospital following a brief illness.
A native of Kentucky, he was a retired Inspector for an automotive assembly plant. He was a member of the Tippetville Baptist Church and had lived in Dooly County for the last 24 years.
Survivors include his wife, Betty C. Byrum, Vienna, Ga.; His children, Jimmy Byrum Tommy Byrum, Sue Miller and Judy Byrum all of Detroit, Michigan. Three half brothers, 2 half sisters, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be held at the church from 1:00 until the hour of services.
