Alexander McCloud passed away on Wednesday, August 28 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. Born and raised in Medford, he was the son of the late George and Janet (Alexander) McCloud. After serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, he returned to Medford and worked in the parts department at Sears & Roebuck.
Alexander was the beloved husband of Benedette (Marinelli) and the devoted father of Scott McCloud of Haverhill, Glenn McCloud and his wife Joyce of Medford. He was a loving grandfather of Ryan McCloud of Naples, ME, and Jason McCloud of Medford. He is also survived by daughter-in-law Karen McCloud of Dracut and many other loving family members.
A procession from The Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Wednesday at 10 AM will conclude with a graveside service at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday 4 through 8 PM.
