Emelia “Millie” DeRosa, 86 of Somerville, died Wednesday following a brief illness at the Bear Hill Nursing Home in Wakefield. Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and the late Teresa (Camuso) Musto. Mrs. DeRosa was the beloved wife of the late Ralph DeRosa. She was a Somerville resident for fifty years formerly of Boston´s North End. She was affectionately known to her family and friends as Millie and was a a devoted mother and Homemaker.
Millie is survived by her daughter Marilyn Cucinotta and her husband Tony of Wakefield. Loving Grandmother of Danielle Matosic and Stephen Cucinotta of Newburyport. Loving great grandmother of Isabela Rose Matosic. Sister of Rita Capodoluppo of Revere and predeceased by ten sisters and brothers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Polycarp Church, 100 Temple St., Somerville, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM.Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett
