Passed away suddenly on 8/21/2013 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 51 years to Jim. Wonderful mother of Debbie (deceased), Steve (Sonja) and Paula Thill (Jerry). Grandmother to Ann, Olivia, Sydney & Logan. Sister of Marie Wadell (Chuck). Also survivied by extended family. Preceded in death by parents Fred & Alvera Leuer, brother Robert and sisters Dorothy Stuber & Lorraine Chapman. Memorial Mass TUESDAY (8/27) at 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 Margaret St., North St. Paul. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, North St. Paul. Memorial visitation MONDAY (8/26) from 4-8:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and one hour before the Mass at church on Tuesday. Fran was a very kind and gentle Lady whose heart & kitchen were always open.
