Augusta, GA – Frances “Fran” Purvis, 58, entered into rest on Monday, August 19, 2013 at University Hospital.
Fran was the daughter of Bunny Purvis and the late Viola Joyner Purvis. She was an organizer and contributor with the United Way and the Humane Society in the various cities she lived. Fran was the Finance Manager with W.G. Yates Construction Company.
In addition to her father, Fran is survived by her sister Cindy McBride (Richard) of Evans, GA; and by her nieces, Kate Williams and Julia McBride.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, August 23, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
