Obituary

S. HAMILTON: Aileen (Joyce) Bianco, 88, died peacefully, Sunday, August 18, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her family following an extended illness.
Born in Peekskill, New York on September 27, 1924, she was the daughter of the late John and Lucille (Mutti) Joyce. She had resided in Peekskill for many years before moving to S. Hamilton in 1957.
Aileen worked as the hostess at the former Lewis’s Restaurant in Essex for over twenty years. She was also an active volunteer at the Hamilton Town Hall and Hamilton-Wenham Library for several years.
She is survived by two sons, Donald Bianco and David Bianco and his companion, Kathleen Mulcahy; two grandchildren, Courtney Butterworth and Niko Bianco and three nephews, John, Michael and Kevin Brophy. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Donna (Bianco) Butterworth, a sister, Dolores Brophy and her longtime companion, Horace “Mac” MacKenney.
Her funeral service will be privately held at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. Expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St., Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
