Mr. Robert Cervone, age 61 died unexpectedly at home in Methuen, on Tuesday August 13, 2013. Born in Medford, Robert was the devoted son of the late Carol (Smith) and Joseph Cervone.
Robert was raised in Medford and graduated from Medford High School and Tufts University, with a degree in Engineering, He also earned his masters from the University of Florida in building construction. Robert worked in many different fields in the construction industry. He was an estimator, consultant and also worked on the Alaskan pipeline in the mid 1970's.
He was a lifelong Boston sports fan, especially for the Red Sox. He attended many games at Fenway Park over the years. He also enjoyed traveling and visiting with his Aunt Marlene Smith in Salem, NH and cousins, Paul and Virginia Warren and Douglas Pierson at their homes in Maine. Robert will be missed and above all he will be remembered as a kind hearted person who was extremely generous to anyone in need.
Robert was the devoted son of the late Carol (Smith) & Joseph Cervone. Loving Brother of Carolyn Cervone of Methuen, Richard Cervone of Lexington and David Cervone of GA. Uncle of Ryan, Christopher, Matthew & Cora Cervone. Further survived by many other loving family members.
