Raymond– Roger R. Bilodeau, 77 died August 15, 2013 at his home following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Manchester on December 2, 1935 the son of Eugene and Alpheda (Neveu) Bilodeau.
He served in the US Army and held membership in American Legion Post 90 in Raymond. He was also a member of the Retired Local 633 Teamsters Freight Union. Prior to his retirement he had been employed by Nashua Motor Express as a diesel mechanic.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman and especially loved spending time with his grandson.
Members of his family include his wife of 51 years Sarah (Goudreault) Bilodeau of Raymond, two daughters, Charlene Bilodeau of Nashua, Gail Bishop and her fiancé Steven Cooper of Nashua, one grandson Jeremy Bishop of Nashua, one brother Raymond Bilodeau and his wife Lorraine of Haines City, FL., and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial reception will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St., Manchester.
Committal services will be on Thursday at 11 am in Holbrook Cemetery, Candia.
