Obituary

DUDLEY – Charlotte E. (Miller) Brisbois, 91, formerly of Dudley, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013 in Colorado Springs, CO after an illness. Her husband of 51 years, Arthur F. Brisbois, died in 2003.
She leaves 2 daughters, Lt. Col. (Ret) Judith E. Brisbois, with whom she lived, and Janice J. Cesnek of Holliston; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was born in Dudley, the daughter of Charles F. and Sophie E. (Kokocinski) Miller and lived in Dudley most of her life before moving to Colorado in 2004. She graduated from Bartlett High
School in 1939 and studied at Wilson Lab & XRay Institute in Boston.
She was a veteran of World War II, serving as a corporal in the Women’s Army Corps,
Mrs. Brisbois was a homemaker. She had worked at Packard Mills in Dudley and at the American Optical Company in Southbridge. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church when she lived here.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 24, in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 24 Dudley Hill Road. There are no calling hours. Donations in her name may be made to St. Gabriel the Archangel, 8755 Scarborough Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920. Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster, is directing the local arrangements.
