CANAVAN, Virginia L. (Mackey) Of Dedham, Aug. 10, 2013 age 82, died at the Highgate Manor Nursing Home in Dedham. She is predeceased by her beloved husband William, her parents Albert and Harriet Mackey, her brothers Albert Jr. and Mark Mackey and sister Catherine Polito. She survived by her children William Canavan and his wife Susan of New York, Gary Canavan and his wife Mara of Needham, Cheryl Sullivan and her husband Michael of Norton, Brian Canavan of Dedham. Also her brother James Mackey and 4 sisters, Clara Dietzel, Marcia Tubridy, Ruthann MacDougall and Mary Kozloski, 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Honoring Virginia's wishes there will be no calling hours. She will be laid to rest with a Graveside Service at Brookdale Cemetery Dedham on Wed. Aug. 14 at 12 noon. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
