Antonio Mastrocola, 89 of Medford, died Thursday after a long illness.
Born in Italy he lived in Medford since 1969 and formerly of the North End of Boston. He was the son of the late Maria (DiRico) and Antonio Mastrocola. Antonio was a Foreman, employed by Hub Folding Box Company in Boston for 33 years and retired in 1986. He was a member of the Sons of Orsogna in Everett.
Beloved husband of 60 years to Rosa (Antonelli) Mastrocola. Devoted father of Maria Damiano and her husband Nicolo of North Reading, John Mastrocola of Medford. Loving grandfather of Laura, Julia and Kara. Brother of Maria Concezia D’Angelo of Italy and the late Rachele D’Angelo.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford Monday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
