Obituary

Anthony C. Bevilacqua, age 71, a life long resident of Medford, passed away Thursday morning following a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Mary C. (DiMuzio) Bevilacqua. Born in Medford he was the son of the late Mary (Vozzella) and Stanley Bevilacqua. Mr Bevilacqua was a retired inspector for the Food and Drug Administration where he worked for fifteen years. Mr. Bevilacqua Served in the Unites States Army from 1953 to 1955 during the Korean war. He was also a past member of the Knights of Columbus in Medford. His hobbies included Gardening and being with cherished grandson, Brian. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Anthony's memory to the Kidney Foundation of MA, 11 Vanderbilt Ave, suite 105, Norwood, MA 02062

In addition to his late parents, Anthony is preceded in death by his son Michael J. Bevilacqua and his sister Lena Bevilacqua. Anthony is survived by his beloved wife Mary C. (DiMuzio) and their children, Anthony C. Bevilacqua Jr. and his wife Barbara, Brenda Bevilacqua Schepici and her husband Eugene all of Medford. He is also survived by his loving grandson Brian Anthony Bevilacqua. He is further survived by his sister Claire Mantica of Woburn.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Saturday at 10 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church 71 Warner St. Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
