Mary C. (McMahon) Anderson, 82 years, of Tequesta, FL and Plymouth, died on August 4th at home. She was the wife of the late Francis Anderson who died in 1989. Born and grew up in South Boston, daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (O’Neill) McMahon.
She is survived by her daughter Susan Greco of NY and one grandson Nicholas Greco. She also leaves her sister Margaret Daniels of Wyckoff, NJ and her brother Joseph McMahon and his wife Barbara of Milford, CT and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Richard Anderson who died in 2006 and sister of the late John McMahon who died in 1994.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 8th at St. Bonaventure’s Church at 10 AM. A private burial will take place at the National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Leukemia Society of America – Mass Chapter, 180 Rust Craft Road, Dedham, MA 02026.
