Roy Lamar Relford, age 49, of Willacoochee, GA passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013, at his residence following a brief illness. Mr. Relford was born on November 27, 1963, in Jacksonville, FL to the late Felcher Relford and Yvonne Laura Shirley Richardson Relford.
Survivors include: his wife, Beth Relford of Willacoochee, GA, daughter, Nicole Estrada of Statesboro, GA, six stepchildren, Brandon Ricketson of Albany, GA, Clyde Spivey, Claude Spivey Rachael Spivey, Richard Spivey all of Willacoochee, GA, and Lisa Graham of Douglas, GA, stepfather David Johns of Douglas, GA, five sisters, Brenda Smith, Peggy (Charles) Davis, Wanda Davis all of Douglas, GA, Annie Ruth (Herman) Morris of Rebecca, GA, and Letha Tucker of Fitzgerald, GA, three brothers, Kenneth (Debbie) Relford, Washington (Karen) Relford both of Douglas, GA, and Felcher Relford, Jr. of Baxley, GA, nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Felcher Relford, and mother, Yvonne Johns.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Greer and Nicole Estrada officiating. Interment followed at Royals Church Cemetery.
