Alice (Teague) McDonagh, 74, a resident of Lawrence, MA, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2013 at her home after a long battle with illness. She is now free of pain and in God's embrace.
Born in Lowell, MA to William V. and Lena A (Ewell) Teague, and the widow of Gerald K. McDonagh, members of Alice's family include:
children: James McDonagh and his wife Nancy (Penney) McDonagh, Malinda McDonagh and her partner Kevin O'Neil, and Daniel McDonagh. She is also survived by her beloved grandson: Brendan "Jay" O'Neil, a brother: William "Billy" Teague and family, sisters: Anne Lunderville and family as well as Joanne Teague and family, as well as many other nieces and nephews. Alice was sister to the late Mary Maloney, Shirley Teague, and Dorothy Carr. "Our mom has gone, but we will carry on, albeit with heavy hearts. Rest in peace mom!"
Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, St. Augustine Chapel, 128 Ames Street, Lawrence, MA.
