Westport – Gilbert R. Dutilly, 74, of Forge Road, Westport died Monday, August 30, 2004 at home after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Dorothy (DeTerra) Dutilly.
Mr. Dutilly was born in Fall River, son of the late Valmore and Jospehine (Berube) Dutilly, and had resided in Westport for the past 45 years. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a foreman in the stereotype department of The Fall River Herald News for 20 years. He enjoyed staying at home and working in his yard.
He is survived by a daughter: Jean M. Dutilly of Westport.
At the request of the family there will be no visiting hours.
Services will be private, at the convenience of the family.
