Marguerite Peggy Cripps Marguerite “Peggy” (McHugh) Cripps of Needham died on Wednesday Aug. 25 at her home. Born in Boston Peggy has been a resident of Needham for 41 years. After serving in the U.S. Navy during WW11 she went to work for the Pinkerton Detective Agency for 6 years. In 1968 she embarked on a successful Realestate Career in Needham. Marguerite was the beloved wife of the late Edward C Cripps. And dear mother of Susan O’Neil of Bass River, Thomas Cripps and his wife Kerry of Austin TX, Cathy Rae and her husband John of Millis and Elizabeth “Liddy” and her husband David Demerjian of Needham.She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 2 great grand children. Funeral Mass was held at St. Joseph Church of Needham on Saturday Aug. 28 at 10:00 AM Burial with Military Honors were at the Needham Cemetery.
