BRUEN Michael Peter “Mickey B” passed suddenly of West Roxbury July 18, 2013. Loving son of Mary E. (McKernan) and the late Charles A.. Devoted brother of Charles “Chucky” and his wife Marie, Maribeth and her husband Dave Griffin, Kevin and his wife Maureen, Sean and Patrick. Dear uncle of Brendan, Courtney, Patrick, David, Molly-Kate, Sean, Kevin, John, Timothy, Tommy, Bridget and Keira. Nephew of Josie Collani, Nancy Faenza, Dottie Mullen and Ellie McKernan. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY on Wednesday July 24th. at 9am. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church at 10 o’clock. Visiting hours Tuesday 2-8pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Michael was a graduate of Boston Latin School, Class of 1976 and Suffolk University, Class of 1980. He then became manager of Roland and Paul Seafood Co. at the Boston Fish Pier. He was a member of Boston Lodge of Elks #10 West Roxbury, lifetime member of the Corey Club, West Roxbury YMCA and a proud member of the Deno’s Morning Coffee Club.
