WORCESTER – Mary R. Mangano, 88, passed away. Thursday July 18th at the Millbury Health Care Center.
Mary leaves a brother, Carl Mangano with whom she lived; two sisters, Dorothy Evangeline and Eleanor Falcone all of Worcester; a sister in law, Marion Mangano of Grafton; and many nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by four brothers, Samuel, Anthony, William, and Albert, and three sisters, Nancy Doucimo, Fanny Picard, and Rose Kubic.
Mary was born April 28, 1925 in Worcester, Massachusetts a daughter of the late Angelo and Grace (Gaccione) Mangano.
A lifelong resident, Mary was educated through the Worcester schools. She worked for many years as a supervisor at National Envelope Corp. up until her retirement.
Mary had many fond memories of her trips to Cape Cod with her family, friends, nieces and nephews. And she also enjoyed her times spent at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
She was a long time member of Our Lady of Loreto Parish.
Her funeral will be held Saturday July 20th at FAZIO FUNERAL HOME, 9 Branch Street, Worcester, Ma. with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Loreto Church of Worcester. Visiting hours will be Saturday, July 20th from 8:00am to 9:30am. Burial will be in St John’s Cemetery.
