Rose Spinale, age 83, of Medford, passed away August 25th, at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. She was the beloved wife of James D. Spinale. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Leonarda and George Stagno.
Mrs. Spinale was a resident of Medford for over fifty years formerly of Boston´s west End. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed sewing, crochet, getting together with friends and family playing cards, dining out and traveling. As an expression of sympathy contributions may be made in Rose´s memory to the charity of your choice.
In addition to her beloved husband, Rose is survived by her son Frank D. Spinale of Billerica and her daughter Josephine R. Spinale of New Hampshire. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kathy Flynn, Frank Spinale and great grandchildren, Kayla Spinale, Andrew, Molly and Brendan Flynn. She is the sister of Nancy Previte of Woburn, Edward Stagno of Boston, the late Agnes Blonde, Vincent, Anthony, Domenic, and Charles Stagno.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Saturday, at 9 :30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St. Malden, at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Service will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
